Effective Date: July 31, 2026
Troglodyte.TV respects the rights of creators, artists, publishers, rights holders, and fans. This Copyright and DMCA Policy explains how copyright concerns may be reported, how creators should protect the rights of others, and how Troglodyte.TV may respond to copyright claims involving content on the platform.
Upload, stream, sell, or promote only content you created, own, licensed, or otherwise have permission to use.
Copyright reports must identify the work, the allegedly infringing material, and enough information for review.
If your content is removed because of a copyright claim, you may be able to submit a counter-notice when you believe the removal was mistaken.
Troglodyte.TV is an independent creator platform where fans can discover entertainment and creators can build destinations for their work. Because the platform may include videos, music, podcasts, livestreams, images, artwork, merchandise, text, thumbnails, comments, profile content, and paid experiences, all users must respect copyright and related rights.
This Policy applies to material submitted to, uploaded to, streamed on, sold through, linked from, embedded in, or otherwise made available through Troglodyte.TV. It works together with the Terms of Service, Content Guidelines, Privacy Policy, creator terms, marketplace rules, checkout terms, payment-provider rules, and applicable law.
You are responsible for the material you upload, post, stream, sell, promote, or include in your creator space. Do not submit content unless you have the rights needed to use it on Troglodyte.TV and to grant the platform the permissions described in the Terms of Service.
If you believe that material on Troglodyte.TV infringes your copyright, you may submit a copyright claim using the Copyright Claim Submission Form. If the form is unavailable or you need to send a copyright-related message by email, contact Troglodyte.TV at info@troglodyte.tv.
Copyright claims should be submitted only by the copyright owner or a person authorized to act on the copyright owner's behalf. If your concern is about privacy, harassment, defamation, trademark, impersonation, contract disputes, payment issues, or another non-copyright matter, explain that concern clearly instead of submitting it as a copyright claim.
To help Troglodyte.TV review a copyright claim, include the following information:
Incomplete notices may delay review. Troglodyte.TV may request additional information when a claim does not include enough detail to locate the material, verify the claim, or contact the person submitting it.
After receiving a copyright claim, Troglodyte.TV may review the claim, request more information, forward information to the affected user or creator, remove or disable access to the material, restrict monetization, preserve records, or take other action consistent with this Policy, the Terms of Service, the Content Guidelines, payment-provider rules, and applicable law.
Troglodyte.TV may remove or restrict material when it receives a complete copyright notice, when infringement appears apparent, when a rights holder or authorized agent provides sufficient information, or when material creates legal, platform, payment, or user-safety risk.
If your material was removed or disabled because of a copyright claim and you believe the removal was the result of mistake or misidentification, you may be able to submit a counter-notice. A counter-notice is a legal communication. Consider getting legal advice before sending one.
A counter-notice should include:
Send counter-notices to info@troglodyte.tv unless Troglodyte.TV publishes a different copyright-agent contact method.
If Troglodyte.TV receives a valid counter-notice, it may forward the counter-notice to the person who submitted the original copyright claim. Where required by law, Troglodyte.TV may restore the removed material not less than 10 and not more than 14 business days after receiving a valid counter-notice unless the original claimant informs Troglodyte.TV that a court action has been filed to restrain the allegedly infringing activity.
Troglodyte.TV may decline to restore or may continue restricting material that violates the Terms of Service, Content Guidelines, creator terms, payment-provider rules, marketplace rules, or other applicable policies, even if a copyright counter-notice is submitted.
Troglodyte.TV may restrict, suspend, or terminate accounts, memberships, creator access, stores, listings, monetization, content, or platform features for users who repeatedly or seriously infringe copyrights or who repeatedly upload material that is removed for copyright-related reasons.
Troglodyte.TV may consider the number of valid claims, the seriousness of the conduct, whether the user acted knowingly, the user's response to notices, repeat behavior across accounts, payment risk, and other relevant facts when deciding what action is appropriate.
Do not submit false, abusive, retaliatory, or misleading copyright claims or counter-notices. Copyright procedures should not be used to silence criticism, remove lawful content, pressure creators in business disputes, impersonate rights holders, or interfere with content you do not actually control.
Knowingly making material misrepresentations in a copyright notice or counter-notice may result in legal liability. Troglodyte.TV may restrict or terminate access for users who abuse copyright-reporting tools.
Some uses of copyrighted material may be allowed by law, including fair use or use of public-domain material. Troglodyte.TV cannot provide legal advice or decide every ownership dispute between creators, labels, producers, publishers, collaborators, or business partners.
If you are involved in a legal or business dispute over ownership, licensing, splits, releases, royalties, or authorization, you are responsible for resolving that dispute with the other parties or through the appropriate legal process. Troglodyte.TV may restrict disputed material while the issue is reviewed or until adequate documentation is provided.
Do not remove, alter, conceal, or falsify copyright-management information, including credits, author names, ownership notices, watermarks, metadata, license terms, or rights-management information, in a way that is misleading or connected to infringement.
Do not bypass or help others bypass access controls, paywalls, membership restrictions, download protections, technical measures, or other controls used to protect content, accounts, paid experiences, or creator work.
Troglodyte.TV may share copyright notices, counter-notices, contact information, claim details, URLs, screenshots, account details, and related records with affected users, creators, rights holders, service providers, payment providers, legal advisors, courts, authorities, or others when needed to process a claim, respond to a dispute, enforce policies, comply with law, or protect rights and safety.
Do not include unnecessary sensitive information in copyright notices or counter-notices. Do not submit illegal material itself unless Troglodyte.TV specifically asks for it and it is lawful for you to send it.
This Copyright and DMCA Policy works together with the Terms of Service, Content Guidelines, Privacy Policy, creator terms, marketplace rules, checkout terms, payment-provider rules, and applicable law. If a more specific rule applies to a situation, that specific rule may control.
Troglodyte.TV may update this Copyright and DMCA Policy from time to time. Updates apply when posted, unless a different effective date is stated. Continued use of the platform after updates are posted means you accept the updated policy.
