1. Membership Cancellations
Premium Membership

- Canceling a membership prevents future charges, but no refunds are issued for the current billing cycle.
- Your Premium access will remain active until the end of the current billing period, even after cancellation.
Creator Membership
- Creator Memberships are billed on a monthly or yearly basis.
- Canceling your membership halts future charges, but fees for the ongoing billing period are non-refundable.
- Any content uploaded before cancellation will remain on the platform unless removed by the user or if it violates Troglodyte TV policies.
2. Refund Policy
Premium Membership
Refunds for Premium Memberships are granted under the following circumstances:
- Billing Errors: If you were charged by mistake, you may request a refund within 7 days of the transaction.
- Technical Issues: If technical problems prevent access to paid content and our support team cannot resolve the issue, a refund may be issued.
- No Refunds: No refunds are granted for partially used subscriptions or user-initiated cancellations mid-cycle.
Creator Membership
- Fees for Creator Memberships are generally non-refundable, except in cases of billing errors.

3. Disputes and Resolution
If you believe a charge is incorrect or unauthorized, you must notify us within 30 days of the transaction date.

4. Subscription Renewals and Failed Payments
Automatic Renewals

Failed Payments
- If a payment fails, access to Premium or Creator Membership benefits may be temporarily suspended until payment is successfully processed.
