Personalized user accounts, watchlists, and recommendations.
Premium and ad-supported content.
Creator memberships for content monetization.

Premium Membership

Premium users gain access to exclusive content, ad-free viewing, and offline downloads. Membership fees are recurring, based on selected monthly or annual plans.

Creator Membership

Creators can upload content, monetize through ads, subscriptions, and pay-per-view models, retaining 80% of generated revenue. Creators must comply with copyright laws, verify identity, and provide payment details to receive earnings.

Monetization Models

Subscriptions: Exclusive content through recurring payments.
Pay-Per-View: One-time video purchases.
Ad Revenue: Free content monetized through advertisements.

3. Compliance with Third-Party Policies

Troglodyte TV operates in accordance with third-party platforms, including YouTube, Vimeo, Instagram, and Google. Users must ensure their content complies with the following:

Content Removal

Troglodyte TV reserves the right to remove content that violates third-party policies, state or federal laws, or our own guidelines. Accounts involved in repeated violations may be suspended or terminated.

4. User Responsibilities

Provide accurate information during registration.
Do not post content that infringes intellectual property rights.
Abide by all local, state (California), and federal laws when using our platform.

5. Monetization Terms

Revenue is distributed as follows:

Pay-Per-View: 80% to creators.
Subscriptions: 80% of subscriber fees go directly to creators.
Advertising: 50% of ad revenue goes to creators.

Payments are processed securely through third-party providers. Creators are responsible for tax reporting and compliance with relevant tax laws.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on Troglodyte TV is protected by copyright law. Users retain rights to their uploaded content but grant Troglodyte TV a non-exclusive license to use and distribute it on our platform.

7. Privacy Policy

8. Limitation of Liability

Troglodyte TV is not liable for user-generated content, third-party links, or losses resulting from interruptions or errors. Our maximum liability is limited to the total fees paid within the previous 12 months.
